She studied engineering at IIT Madras and went on to do her MBA at IIM Bangalore — drawn not by accolades, but by a genuine need to understand how things work and how people think. That same curiosity led her to become the founder of her own consulting firm.

Warm, perceptive, and quietly determined, she brings an ease to every room she walks into. Her family, her faith, and her people are everything to her.
